A member's duties and rights

Nominate a candidate for the Governing Board membership

Every member has a right to nominate a candidate for membership in the Governing Board.

Elect and be elected in the Governing Board

Every member has a right to elect and be elected to the Governing Board of the Organization and other structural units of the Organization (if any).

Right to deliberative vote

Every member has a right to participate in the meetings of the Governing Board with the right to a deliberative vote.

Participation in LAG's activities

Every member has a right to participate in the activities of the Organization in accordance with their abilities and interests.

Be informed

Every member has a right to receive information about the activities of the Organization.

Use resources

In accordance with the goals of the Organization and within the limits of their capabilities, every member has a right to use the information and material and technical resources owned by the Organization.

Follow the rules

Every member has a duty to follow the organization's charter.

Protect reputation

Every member has a duty to protect the organization's business reputation and property.

Respect

Every member has a duty to respect other members of the organization and follow ethical norms.
